Yes, I have been considering it. (The other thread, linked in my first post, has much discussion of the new harness or new connectors I would need, etc.) My understanding of the cost is: $500 plenum pull (as I recall from last time) $700 6 new-style 555cc injectors (cheaper than old-style) $100 new connectors (a wild guess actually) And all that just to get back to where I was before the injector failed. Grinding the plenum looks better and better. If I did the full lower-manifold modification, I would probably switch to the huge injectors. Once upon a time the 740cc injectors resulted in poor idling, but that problem might have been overcome recently.
